Location had several nice restaurants within a few mins walk. 5 min walk to train station. 10 min walk to some major shopping areas and food courts. The staff were always pleasant, a few spoke English well enough. Just an overall nice place to stay, especially with the cost.

Location is convenient, easy access to Hachioji and Chofu to Shinjuku. The frequency of room cleaning is at customer’s discretion. Towels are changed and rubbish is thrown out every day if you put the bin out of the room. The bed is big and comfy.

I loved there, it's much better than cheap not comfy hotel in the center of Tokyo. Bad was comfy, room has space to open ur luggage compared to other hotel. It takes one hour to go to center of Tokyo. Still area is good. There is good food and some malls near the hotel also close to train station. We enjoyed staying there so much. Also hotel has free onsen.

We stayed with 2 small kids for 1 week, but the stay was perfect and so comfortable. Staffs are quite friendly and supportive, and both the rooms and commonly shared bath are perfectly clean. You can use a lot of restaurants and supermarket (donkey) around this hotel and it's super convenient to use equipped laundry and microwaves. We loved all that come from this hotel, and will definitely visit there again.

The room was clean, decent size for Japan. Near from station, many restaurants nearby. Near from Don Quijote as well & convenience store. Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful, easy check in and check out. Respond to message fast as well. Definitely one of option if I visit Tokyo again some day.

Everything was so clean and new. It looked like the rooms had been renovated recently. The staff were always very friendly too.

The hotel was located very near to the Hashimoto station and has plenty of eateries nearby. It is located in a quiet place. The hotel staff is extremely polite and helpful. They speak good English. The room I stayed was very clean and spacious compared to most hotels in Tokyo. Overall I love and enjoyed my stayed very much and would definitely recommend to other people.

The public bath in the hotel was excellent, very clean and well maintained I used it several evenings to unwind and relax. Just pay attention to the schedule. The staff were also very friendly

Very good location, right next to the station and big shopping centre with many restaurants. The hotel was quite modern and offered many accomodations and facilities for free. Very simple process of checking in & out. The staff was helpful and kind. Definitely recommended for such good price !

It's close to convenience stores and to the station. There is also a cinema nearby. There is an onsen in the hotel, too. The staff were really nice. They always greet you when you leave and enter. They can speak English too.
